Senior Electrical Construction Project ManagerLocation: U.S. — Heavy Travel / Project-BasedTravel: ~60%Salary: ~$110K–$160K + bonusThe RoleA national specialty electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction and power-generation projects from estimating through completion.This is a highly client-facing role with significant ownership of scope, budgets, scheduling, estimating, safety, subcontractors and project P&L.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from proposal/estimating through closeoutEvaluate RFQs, develop scopes and project budgetsManage schedules, costs, change orders and project performanceCoordinate clients, subcontractors, engineers and internal teamsLead onsite execution and ensure safety, quality and profitabilitySupport estimating and proposal developmentManage project closeout and lessons learnedIdeal Background5–7+ years in power generation, industrial electrical or specialty electrical construction3–5+ years as a construction PM with P&L responsibilityExperience managing complex electrical projectsStrong estimating, financial and client-management skillsUnion construction experience preferredOSHA 30 or ability to obtainEngineering degree preferredWillingness to travel extensively and work onsiteWhy It's InterestingNational business, major power-generation/industrial clients, complex projects and significant autonomy from project development through delivery.
