About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm for 33 years, with experience in homeowners claims and agency resources before becoming an agent. State Farm is a family tradition - I'm the seventh State Farm agent in my family. I'm a Mercer University graduate, have been married for 28 years, and am the proud father of twins and triplets.
Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. We sponsor three local high schools, recognize a weekly high school football player, support the Midwest Food Bank, and I'm proud to serve on the board of the Real Life Center, a local nonprofit.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications: - Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
