About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for serving our customers and leading my own agency. I'm a proud lifelong resident of Toccoa, a wife and mother of two, and enjoy staying involved in my children's activities, reading, and spending time with my family.
Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. I'm passionate about supporting those around me and building lasting relationships with the individuals and families we have the privilege of serving.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications: - Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
