We're looking for dependable, detail-focused individuals who enjoy helping people, researching options, and keeping important information organized.

As a Virtual Travel Assistant , you'll support clients with reservations, scheduling, trip details, and general coordination. You'll help keep plans moving by organizing information, providing updates, and assisting with details related to accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary timing.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate clearly with clients.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communicating with clients about preferences, dates, and planning needs
• Researching available options based on individual requests
• Assisting with reservation and confirmation details
• Organizing schedules, itinerary information, and important dates
• Helping coordinate accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Providing updates throughout the planning process
• Following up on pending items or unanswered questions
• Supporting changes, special requests, or updated plans
• Maintaining accurate client records
• Reviewing details before arrangements are finalized
